By accessing or using Utilon ("the Service", "we", "our"), available at utilon.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Utilon provides a suite of online tools including PDF processing, file conversion, link shortening, bio pages, portfolio pages, forms, blog publishing, speed testing, and related utilities. Some features are available without registration; others require a free or paid account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner without permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

Files and content you upload to Utilon are processed to provide the Service. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and deleted after processing unless you explicitly save them to your account. Saved files are stored via Vercel Blob and subject to storage limits based on your plan.

You retain all ownership rights to content you submit. By using the Service you grant Utilon a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Utilon Pro is a paid subscription plan billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Prices are shown in EUR and may vary by region.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

The Utilon name, logo, website design, and all original content produced by Utilon are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

Open-source components used in the Service remain subject to their respective licenses.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Utilon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Vercel). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts.
